Every Gas appliance needs an annual Gas safety check and all landlords must get a Gas Safety Certificate . We charge £85+ VAT for landlord certificates also known as landlord safety checks. Servicing of your boiler should be done annually to make sure it is working correctly and safely. The charge for a service £85+ VAT.
